Violent homeless man on parole for assault nabbed for punching woman, 72, in random NYC attack: cops

A violent homeless man on parole for felony assault has been nabbed for randomly punching an aged girl in the pinnacle in Brooklyn, cops and law-enforcement sources mentioned Friday. 

Mouhamed Diallo, 29, slugged his 72-year-old sufferer in the again of her cranium as she walked on the nook of Fourth Avenue and 96th Street in Bay Ridge round 4:50 p.m. Sunday, May 5, authorities mentioned. 

The attacker ran off after the assault, leaving the senior with bleeding and swelling to her head, police mentioned.

She was taken to Maimonides Medical Center, the place she was listed in steady situation. 

A surveillance photograph of the suspect was launched, and Diallo was busted round 6 p.m. Thursday and charged with second-degree assault, a felony, cops mentioned. 

He was nabbed in the confines of the NYPD’s sixtieth Precinct, which covers the Coney Island, Brighton Beach and Sea Gate neighborhoods.

Diallo has 10 prior arrests — eight for assault and two for theft, based on cops and sources. 

Five of the assaults occurred in Brooklyn, and three of them inside a correctional facility in the Bronx, based on the sources.

One of them was for felony assault, and Diallo was freed in February on that crime and put on parole until November 2028, law-enforcement sources mentioned.

He was nabbed the identical day one other creep randomly punched and slashed a 64-year-old girl in a vicious assault on a Queens road, cops mentioned.
