Three killed, eight injured, including minor, after gunman opens hearth in Texas
Three people are dead and eight, including a minor, are injured after a gunman opened fire in a Texas parking lot.
The capture happened hours after the race in Fort Worth’s Como neighborhood at Diaz Avenue and Horn Street on the eve of July 4 at 11:40 p.m.

The gunman fled the scene and detectives have not released a motive, nor have police made any arrests at this time.
First responders struggled to deal with the victims as revelers poured out of the world for the annual ComoFest.

“A lot of car traffic, a lot of pedestrian traffic,” said Capt. Sean Murray of the Fort Worth Police Department. “There were fireworks, a lot of people were just trying to flee the area because of the many shootings, so it was difficult for them to move quickly around the area.”
