The studio will also record other sports during the year, with Sky confirming it will be used for the last tennis grand slam of the year, the US Open, which starts on August 28.
Sky have regularly upgraded their use of technology over the years, with Carragher and Neville historically using virtual reality headsets to show supporters specific players’ views of sure key moments in matches.
They have now made additional adjustments and followers will see them in motion when the pundits break down this weekend’s fixtures and United’s conflict with Wolves tonight.
