Repairs of KC Scout outage may take months after cyberattack: Transportation officials

The Kansas City Scout outage may stretch on for months after a cyberattack final Thursday prompted officials to close down the site visitors data system for the metro space.

All real-time site visitors cameras and knowledge boards are down as a result of of the outage, based on the Missouri and Kansas Departments of Transportation.

Anyone trying to find essential site visitors data throughout the metro space can use modot.org in Missouri or KanDrive.gov in Kansas.

Transportation officials mentioned it’s too early to estimate precisely when repairs shall be completed.
