Jeff Hammer, were searching on foot for suspects who had fled from a stolen car following a pursuit by police officers.
K-9 According to the police department, while Harrie was pursuing the criminals, he suffered a heat-related injury while doing so. Harrie was taken to an emergency veterinary clinic as soon as possible, but doctors and nurses were unable to rescue him. According to the Shreveport Police Department, Harrie joined their force in January 2018 and quickly became one of the most in-demand K-9s around.
