NYC swimmers seen cooling off inside public pool weeks before they are open for summer

A New York Post photographer caught two younger males having fun with a pleasing dip in a public pool in Queens — despite the fact that metropolis swimming pools don’t open for three extra weeks.

The two may be seen sporting tanks tops and shorts sitting within the knee deep water as they look again on the digicam. It wasn’t clear how they bought in — however there was no lifeguard current. 

“We want New Yorkers to enjoy our pools safely this summer. Patrons should only swim during operating hours when lifeguards are on duty,” a Department of Parks and Recreation spokesperson advised The Post.
