Dr. Frisoli is a graduate of Umdnj – New Jersey Medical School and has worked in the medical field for over 20 years.
He had a loyal following who appreciated his ability to explain clearly.
Dr. Frisoli was affiliated with several area hospitals, including Morristown Medical Center and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset. He was voted one of America’s top doctors by his peers in 2021.
Dr. Frisoli will be remembered for his friendly and helpful personality, making him a cherished member of the Martinsville community.
On Tuesday morning, his funeral service will be held at Saint James Church in Basking Ridge. The American Cancer Society accepts memorial donations.
In addition to her passing, Denise E. Frisoli, registered nurse and wife of Dr. Anthony Frisoli, also died.
Denise worked at Martinsville Family Practice for 34 years and was a beloved member of the community.
She was an avid golfer and loved to travel, shop and exercise. Denise’s funeral will be held Tuesday at St. James’s Church, with the family reunion at Hagan-Chamberlain Funeral Home the day before.
At the request of his family, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

He was married to Denise Frisoli for 27 years until his untimely death. in 2018. Denise was a dedicated nurse who worked alongside her husband at Martinsville Family Practice for 34 years, mentoring nursing students along the way.
Together they have four sons, Andrew, Christian, Gregory and Joshua Frisoli, and one grandson.
Denise was a loving wife and mother who loved to travel, golf, shop, exercise and take care of herself. .
The Frisoli family has been deeply affected by the loss of Denise and continues to honor her memory in many ways.
In June 2021, the family sponsored a golf tournament in his memory to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
They also established a scholarship fund in his name at Immaculata High School in Somerville, NJ, where their four sons graduated.
Dr. Frisoli continues to work as a physician and serve his patients with the same dedication and compassion for which he and his late wife were known.
