After a chronic authorized course of, a mom and her daughter have been sentenced to life in jail for the kidnapping and homicide of one other mom and her 12-year-old daughter in Newlands West, Durban.
Slindile Pamela Zamisa, aged 45, and her daughter Andile Pollet Zamisa, aged 25, have been discovered responsible of the brutal homicide of Smangele Simamane and her younger daughter, Sbongakonke Mthembu.
The tragic incident occurred in October 2020.
According to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), the Zamisas and the victims lived in the identical neighborhood.
On the day of the crime, they invited Smangele and Sbongakonke to their home, deceitfully claiming they needed to resolve a dispute involving one in all their youthful members of the family.
