Man wanted in fatal stabbing arrested after calling 911 for help with bike, cops say

A person’s name for help for a flat bike tire ended with his arrest in a girl’s stabbing loss of life, Louisiana deputies informed information shops.

Christopher Jerome Wilson, 25, was arrested May 1, practically every week after Carol Allen was found stabbed to death inside her automotive, WGNO reported, citing the Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office.

She was taken to a hospital and later died, in line with the station.

McClatchy News reached out to the sheriff’s workplace for extra info May 3 and was awaiting a response.

Investigators mentioned Wilson and Allen, 31, met up for a date in Hammond on April 27, Nola.com reported. While they had been collectively, Wilson attacked the mother of 4 and tried to steal her automotive, authorities informed Nola.com.

“There was a struggle, and she was stabbed multiple times with a kitchen knife,” Tangipahoa Chief Jimmy Travis informed WWL-TV. He mentioned Allen was capable of name 911 after she was attacked.

On May 1, he referred to as deputies searching for roadside help as a result of one among his bike tires was low on air, WWL-TV reported, citing Travis. Authorities ran Wilson’s info and noticed he was wanted on a warrant on an unrelated cost of home battery, in line with the station.

Wilson was charged with first-degree homicide and armed theft in Allen’s killing, WGNO reported.

He remained in custody on the Tangipahoa Parish Jail as of May 3, on-line information present, and no lawyer info was out there.
