Man accused of pointing handgun at other motorists

May 2—A 46-year-old motorist is going through a felony cost after allegedly leveling a handgun at the occupants of one other automobile at a Columbia Falls gasoline station on Monday.

Prosecutors introduced Shawn Patrick Bevard up on one rely of felony assault with a weapon in reference to the alleged April 29 confrontation. Bevard, who is predicted to seem earlier than Judge Dan Wilson in Flathead County District Court for his arraignment on May 16, stays in jail with bail set at $20,000.
