LCSO: Family disturbance leads to stabbing

A household disturbance Wednesday night time, April 24, resulted in a single particular person being airlifted to a trauma middle in Kingwood and costs being filed towards the alleged aggressor.

According to Capt. David Meyers, spokesperson for the Liberty County Sheriff’s Office, an estranged husband and spouse bought right into a verbal argument on the lady’s dwelling on CR 5727 round 8 p.m. Wednesday.

“During the disturbance, the man allegedly pulled a razor blade knife and cut the woman several times. She was airlifted to a hospital, treated and since has been released,” Meyers stated.

“He was trying to help and in the process got a superficial cut to his hand. He was treated and released,” Meyers stated.

Authorities have obtained an arrest warrant for the male topic.
