Lawyers for man charged with Madeline Soto’s death asks to review evidence from prosecution

Lawyers for the man accused of killing a neighborhood teenager at the moment are asking prosecutors for all of the evidence within the case.

Last week, a grand jury indicted Stephan Sterns for first-degree homicide within the death of 13-year-old Madeline Soto.

The teen was reported lacking in late February.

Her physique was later present in a wooded space of Saint Cloud.

An area legal professional says this request for the state evidence isn’t uncommon.

“We’re talking about upwards of 50 to 100 witnesses, potentially people at the crime scene sometimes just people who were standing around, but the defense is entitled to know everyone’s names,” mentioned legal professional Eden Self.

Attorneys for Sterns have requested prosecutors to flip over that info within the subsequent two weeks.
