Lane closures to impact U.S. 41 in Terre Haute

May 3—The Indiana Department of Transportation has introduced momentary lane closures shall be coming to U.S. 41 in Terre Haute between Linden Street and Clinton Street.

On or after Monday, crews will start closing a lane on the northbound aspect of U.S. 41, then switching lanes when the primary lane is full. After the northbound work is completed, the southbound aspect of U.S. 41 will see related alternating lane closures.

Crews shall be resurfacing this portion of the street. Work is predicted to final till the autumn, however the schedule is climate allowing and topic to change.

INDOT encourages all drivers to use warning whereas touring by means of this and all work zones, in addition to avoiding rushing and distracted driving.
