Kyle Sandilands claims he was snubbed by the Matildas after berating famous person striker Sam Kerr for ‘never smiling’
Kyle Sandilands stepped up his feud with Matilda’s star striker Sam Kerr on Monday, sensationally claiming that the athlete had disapproved of him.
The radio star, 52, was discussing the Women’s World Cup on The Kyle and Jackie O Show when a producer instructed Kyle that the Matildas had despatched Jackie O a free sweater.
Sandilands requested if that they had despatched him one too and was flatly instructed no.
‘Where’s my sweater? What, as a result of I berated Sam on the airport for not smiling, I get nothing?’ an irate Kyle requested.
“Yes, this one belongs to Sam himself,” replied producer Pedro Vitola.

While Kyle might have been disillusioned, Jackie O was over the moon when she was awarded the yellow jersey and later posted a video to Instagram of her enjoying soccer exterior the KIIS FM studio.
It comes after Kyle accused Matildas famous person Sam Kerr of ‘not smiling enough’ following her return to Sydney forward of Australia’s World Cup match in opposition to Denmark.

His feedback seem to contradict footage of Kerr’s arrival captured by 9News, which reveals the sportswoman smiling and signing autographs for a number of younger followers.
Meanwhile, soccer followers throughout Australia are celebrating after the Matildas beat France within the quarter-finals on Saturday to progress to the semi-finals.
