Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ Son Michael Celebrates His 26th Birthday in Rare New Photo With ‘Self Doubt’ Moment

LIVE! Michael, the dashing son of hosts Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos, celebrated his birthday with an intimate photo and an existential question.

The 26-year-old captioned the Instagram snap: “Does 26 push 30?”

Michael donned a chic minimalist gray crew-neck sweatshirt and smiled.

He wore large framed glasses and looked like a childish combination of his two attractive people with his dark hair styled up.

The birthday boy also grabbed a mug that read, “Out of Office” to go along with his relaxed fit.

He was worried about his age, captioning the Instagram story: “Does 26 push 30?” though his confident smile said anything but.

Michael was born on June 2, 1997 in New York City to actors Kelly Ripa and Mark.

He attended New York University from 2016 to 2020 and is now an actor, writer, and director who has appeared in several films and television series.

According to his IMDb page, Michael has been featured on the shows Duck Dodgers, Go, Diego! Go!, and Riverdale.

He also appeared in the 2012 short, The Bensonhurst Spelling Bee, and the 2022 film, Let’s Get Physical.

The rising star has amassed a large following on social media and has over 81,000 followers on his Instagram page, @michael.consuelos.

Speaking with People about Michael, Kelly said he “has the strongest moral compass of anyone I’ve ever known.”

The proud mum continued, “She’s such a good, decent and really kind person.”

Michael has two siblings and is the eldest of Kelly and Mark’s three children.

His 21-year-old sister, Lola Consuelos, was born on June 16, 2001 and is pursuing a musical career.

Like her older brother, she has garnered a large following on Instagram and has 259,000 followers on her page.

Kelly’s husband and Mike’s dad replaced Ryan Seacrest as the new Live! co-host on April 17.

On day one, Kelly and Mark walked on set holding hands to the tune of Lizzo’s song 2 Be Loved.

Since the major cast shuffle, The US Sun exclusively revealed that producers were having trouble filling seats during recent tapings of pre-recorded episodes.

Mark, 52, also had a whoopsie moment during the June 1 episode.

He announced at the start of the show that June 1 was officially the start of hurricane season.

He then started going through a list of the 21 storm names.

Mark reads: “Arlene, Bret is next, Cindy, Don, Emily, Frank…”

Kelly, 52, had to step in and correct the name to: “Franklin.”

Mark said hastily, “Yeah, Franklin, sorry,” as he continued to read.

The TV host struggled to pronounce “Idalia”, once again needing Kelly’s help.

Mark then came across “Nigel”, pronouncing it “Nee-gil”, before Kelly helped her husband.

This isn’t the first time Mark has felt the pressure of live television.

Last month, he called a fan by the wrong name while chatting with them on the phone.
