Menendez, Daibes and Hana have all pleaded not responsible. The third businessman, Jose Uribe, has pleaded responsible and agreed to testify towards the others. 

Menendez introduced that he wouldn’t be searching for re-election as a Democrat in November, however didn’t rule out a run as an unbiased.
