Jennifer Garner spent a pleasant summer season with her 17-year-old daughter Violet, joking behind her to protect herself from photographers.
The 51-year-old actress was spotted shopping at the eyewear retailer in Pacific Palisades on Monday.
The outing comes just after Garner revealed what she misses most in life, other than being a celebrity.
Garner rode out in a black sweatshirt and black biker pants with her senior, Violet.
She tied her dark hair back into a ponytail and stepped out wearing dark sunglasses.

Violet chose a long white sleeveless costume with crimson dots that fell to her calves.

The teenager completed her look with gray trainers that resembled her mum’s.
“It’s a huge loss when you look at yourself,” The Last Thing He Told Me star announced.
“The lack of just smiling at someone on the street and saying hello to yourself is very intense,” she added.
The 51-year-old actress commented that while the privilege of saying ‘hi’ herself was ‘sad and overlooked’, she also believed it was a ‘natural outcome of…luck’.
