Human skull among remains found behind Easton home, DA says

A day after police flocked to an Easton residence to investigate the possibility of human remains, the Bristol County District Attorney’s workplace stated Thursday that an individual’s skull was among a number of human bones found over two days of investigation.

Easton police have been known as to Summer Street round 12:53 Wednesday afternoon after two residents reported discovering a human skull within the brook behind their residence.

Investigators who responded to the closely wooded avenue confirmed the skull belonged to an individual. When investigators returned to the house Thursday, the DA’s workplace stated they situated extra human bones.

The space will proceed to be searched, the DA’s workplace says.

“The bones will be forensically tested to attempt to identify them in the coming days and weeks,” the DA’s workplace acknowledged.
