Gunman shoots stepmom, then tries to stomp her after she tries to hug him at charter school graduation: ‘It’s a bad dream’

A 21-year-old man allegedly shot his personal stepmom at a New Mexico school commencement ceremony when she tried to give him a hug and even tried to stomp on her, Albuquerque police stated.

Cristian Bencomo was wrestled to the bottom by bystanders after the taking pictures Thursday at the commencement ceremony for the Southwest Secondary Learning Center, an Albuquerque charter school, in accordance to a report by KRQE-TV News.

“Somebody came up and shot my sister,” the sufferer’s sister, Angel Chester, told the outlet. “Right in the neck. I keep thinking that it’s a bad dream that I’ll wake up from.”

According to Chester, her sister invited kinfolk to her son’s commencement and was hugging the youthful boy when Bencomo confirmed up at the conference middle.
