The US Justice Department has charged Texas Democratic Rep. Henry Cuellar and his wife for allegedly accepting practically $600,000 in bribes from two overseas entities: an oil and fuel firm owned by the federal government of Azerbaijan and a financial institution headquartered in Mexico City.
