Boy, 15, stabbed in head near Queens school as surge of NYC teen violence continues

A 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the head on a Queens road near his school on Wednesday afternoon amid a wave of violence focusing on teenagers in the Big Apple.

The younger sufferer was attacked by a ski mask-wearing assailant moments after leaving August Martin High School round 2:50 p.m., police and sources stated.

The suspect snuck up on the teen and plunged a knife into his head and shoulder near Guy R Brewer Boulevard and 112th Avenue in South Jamaica, cops and the sources stated.

EMTs rushed the wounded boy to Cohen Children’s Medical Center, the place he was listed in secure situation.

It’s unclear what led to the bloodshed and the attacker was in the wind as of Wednesday night time, police stated. 

The stabbing got here after a brutal day of knifings throughout New York City Tuesday when 4 college students have been stabbed and slashed in three separate incidents on school grounds. 

Last week, two youngsters have been killed and a minimum of six others have been wounded in a rash of citywide violence.

“There is always talk about too many guns on the street, and there are, but it seems like every teen has a knife,” a Brooklyn detective advised The Post in regards to the troubling pattern of knifings amongst teenagers.

“You think you are getting punched and all of a sudden you are bleeding because someone stabbed you in the chest or back.”
