Bear dragged car crash victim’s body from scene: cops

A driver seemingly killed in a horror car crash in Massachusetts was discovered subsequent to a bear that appeared to have then dragged his body into woods, based on cops.

Daniel Ducharme, 31, misplaced management of his car on Route 91 in Hatfield Sunday morning, hanging the guardrail a number of instances earlier than hurtling off the street and down an embankment, Boston25 News reported

Another driver alerted police to the stays of the wreck off the roadway round 11 a.m.

“When first responders reached the scene, the deceased male occupant of the vehicle was outside the car and a bear was observed in the woods in the vicinity of the scene,” State Police stated, suggesting that the animal had dragged the driving force’s body there.

“Evidence suggests the bear at some point had made contact with the victim’s body.”

The bear left the realm whereas troopers had been on the scene, CBS News famous.

Officials might solely say that it was assumed Ducharme was killed by the preliminary crash. A full investigation into his demise and the crash is ongoing. Ducharme was alone on the time.
