2 dead, 1 injured in early morning Bronx shooting

Three folks have been shot, two of them fatally, when gunfire erupted in the Bronx’s University Heights neighborhood Friday morning.

Police discovered a 36-year-old male and a 44-year-old feminine each shot in the chest at 2290 Davidson Ave round 12:15 a.m., in accordance with the NYPD.

The third sufferer, a 40-year-old male, was shot in the precise arm.

All three victims have been transported to St. Barnabas Hospital in Belmont, a couple of mile away from the scene.

Both victims shot in the chest have been pronounced lifeless on the hospital, police mentioned.

The 40-year-old shot in the arm was listed in secure situation.

No arrests have been made whereas police examine a motive for the lethal shooting.

Two males dressed in all black have been reportedly noticed fleeing the scene on a crimson moped across the time of the shooting and are thought-about to be suspects.
